Vintage 1980s Bendmaster Tremolo
Sold as-is. This vintage tremolo from a BC Rich guitar comes with what is pictured, no trem arm is included. Block and knife edges are in great shape. The wire that holds the trem arm bottom is missing. One of the screws that holds the block on is a bit stripped so there is a slight gap visible. Still functional for use as-is or for parts as needed.
The Bendmaster tremolo is a vintage, Floyd Rose-style fine-tuning tremolo system manufactured in the 1980s. It was famously used as factory hardware on Westone guitars (produced by Matsumoku in Japan), as well as select 1980s Charvette, B.C. Rich (like the Warlock), Aria Pro, and Epiphone S-Series Superstrats. Unlike standard Floyd Rose units where you must snip the ball ends off strings, this Bendmaster variant allows strings to be threaded directly from the back.
