Used 2004 Fender 50th Anniversary American Stratocaster
Ready for the road! You’re not gonna have to worry about taking this used 2004 Fender 50th Anniversary American Stratocaster out and getting it dirty, it already has some miles on it but it’s still built to rock! This one has been modded with a Joe Barden (JBE) pickup in the bridge position but we cannot identify if the middle and neck pickups are stock.
All of the following are pictured as best we could: Most noticeable is a chunk of finish gone by the heel where initials (we assume) have been etched. Just off of that in the lower cutaway is a finish crack that looks like it has extended of off the previously mentioned area and is as deep but still attached. Beyond this, you’ll see some obvious scuff on the pickguard above the pickups and paint chips on the lower bout edges and near the bottom bout strap button. There are also numerous fine finish scratches on the front and back, but no serious buckle rash and some nicks in the headstock are observed.
We think this really is a terrific buy on an American Strat and it’s a player’s guitar so take it out there and turn it up!
