We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, including any original packaging, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred with your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
